RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We know that from time to time, for whatever reason you may need to return or exchange an item that you have recently purchased.
For peace of mind when you purchase online from JD Racing, we are happy to accept your returns…
Below is the process you need to follow (providing your request meets the returns criteria) in simple steps.
In the first instance please notify us in writing or via email that you wish to return an item with a brief explanation of why.

Please include your original invoice number, date of invoice, preferred method of contact and customer name in full within your letter or email.
A member of our Team will then contact you via your preferred method shortly after to guide you through the process.

- UK Scottish Highlands, Scottish Lowlands, Northern Ireland, Isle Of Man, Isle Of Wight – £15.00 + VAT
- UK Mainland (Excluding Highlands/Lowlands/Islands/NI)
- Free delivery on orders over £50.00
- Free in store collection
- Standard Delivery – £5.00 + VAT
- Locations not covered by our zones (US / Europe etc.) – JD Racing will contact you about shipping costs once the order is processed.
Orders will be posted as quickly as possible, however sometimes we may experience delays from the manufacturer if we have to order your parts. We will contact you as quickly as possible should there be any delays to your order being delivered.
